The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Oakland is seeking qualified developers to purchase and develop up to ten Agency-owned sites available in three of the City’s Redevelopment Areas. The following projects are being considered for EB-5 investment.

2777 Foothill Blvd.
- 7,800 square feet of retail
- 20 Parking Spaces
- Estimated to create 30 permanent new jobs
- EB-5 Investment approximately $1,500,000

Foothill Seminary Visioning Study
- 29,600 square feet of retail
- 14,500 square foot anchor
- 3,900 square foot caf
- 11,200 square foot small retail stores
- Estimated to create approximately 116 permanent new jobs
- EB-5 Investment approximately $5,800,000
