Oakland Redevelopment Projects

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Oakland is seeking qualified developers to purchase and develop up to ten Agency-owned sites available in three of the City’s Redevelopment Areas. The following projects are being considered for EB-5 investment.

  • Estimated to create 30 permanent new jobs
  • EB-5 Investment approximately $1,500,000

  • 29,600 square feet of retail
    • 14,500 square foot anchor
    • 3,900 square foot caf
    • 11,200 square foot small retail stores
  • Estimated to create approximately 116 permanent new jobs
  • EB-5 Investment approximately $5,800,000
