Two projects in Jack London Square are being considered for EB-5 investment. Jack London Square is a private-public collaboration among Jack London Square Investors and the Port of Oakland. When completed, the redevelopment project will stretch over 2,000 lineal feet along the Oakland Estuary, contributing and additional 1,000,000 square feet to the existing 800,000 square foot waterfront development.

- Four star hotel, with conference center and banquet facilities
- Estimated to create 491 permanent new jobs
